Yes. Airport pickup, hotel pickup, private car service, and multi-day transport can be arranged as optional services.
Messages are normally answered within two hours between 08:00 and 22:00 Beijing time.
Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Extreme weather or force majeure can be rescheduled or fully refunded.
